See you Friday!

The girls had a wonderful weekend with Greg home. We went to the 'big' park this morning where there's lots of steps to climb, forts to weave around, swings to push, and space to run! Unfortunately, there's also bees to sting - and one of them found Melissa. She was very brave though - didn't even fuss while I got the stinger out, then only cried for about 20 seconds. Mean ol' bee! Melissa didn't let it spoil her fun. After a quick trip to Walgreen's for some Benadryl (just in case, we didn't need it) she was back running and playing with her sisters. Meredith had a fabulous day, and was truly a big sister. She helped them climb when they were afraid up high on the forts, she had them follow her through the tunnels, and showered hugs and kisses on Melissa after her bee sting.

After lunch and the triplets went down for their naps, Meredith and Greg went for a bike ride through the neighborhood. If you ever come to visit and want to accompany Meredith on her bike ride, be sure you have good running shoes!

Later last night, after the girls got ready for bed, I was getting Amanda to sleep while the other girls were playing with Nana and GrandBob. When I came down, Nana told me this story...

Claire was dressed up, with her necklaces, a hat, a purse, and her babies. She said she was going bye-bye, on a trip. When asked where, she said, "To T____. See you Friday!"
