Meredith has discovered exclamation points. And! She! Loves! Them! We were reading something a couple weeks ago and she asked what that upside down i was there for. So I told her they told you when to say something like you were excited, and then we practiced. She calls them "excited marks". She's wanting to write more and more, and always sticks those "excited marks" in. Here's a letter she wrote to Greg yesterday morning (she asked me how to spell all the words):
And on the back she drew a picture of her and Greg making the shakes. On the counter there are two cups with straws and a blender - the swirl in the middle is the blender mixing everything up to make chocolate shakes.
In addition to writing with exclamation points, Meredith loves to write
fancy. Here she wrote her name.
