The conversation at the lunch table a few days ago...
Claire: Is that mommy?
Amanda and Melissa: Yeeeessssssss.
C: Is this my hair? (pointing)
A/M: Yeeeeesssssss.
C: Where Daddy go?
A/M: Daddy at work.
C: (laughing) Is Daddy a girl?
A/M: (laughing) NNNOOOOOOOOO!
On Friday at MOPS, when I picked the triplets up, the childcare workers said about 1/2 way through the time they realized they might have put the wrong nametags on Claire and Amanda. So they asked one, "Are you Claire?" And she just smiled and looked at them, then at the other one. So they asked the other one. "Are you Claire?" And she just smiled and looked at the first one, and they were both kind of giggling. They asked them both, "Which one is Claire?" And they just giggled. So they finally asked Melissa, who set them straight. Already starting to switch names on their teachers - and only 26 months old!
