Okay, so no one has actually gone in the potty yet... ever. But we're going to give it a try. I'm hoping to just start by sitting on the potty several times a day and hopefully we'll get lucky and someone will go, hand out an M&M - bribing with chocolate can do wonders - and then they'll all start going! Okay, so that's how it works in my head. We'll see how it really plays out. In reality, I'm hoping they can at least get an idea of what it's like before we do the every-20-minutes-on-the-potty thing. So ready or not, here we go!

Ready or Not...
... here we go!
Okay, so no one has actually gone in the potty yet... ever. But we're going to give it a try. I'm hoping to just start by sitting on the potty several times a day and hopefully we'll get lucky and someone will go, hand out an M&M - bribing with chocolate can do wonders - and then they'll all start going!
